Gen Z are not showing up on jobs on the first day pf their work after interview.

According to the employees, Gen Z are treating their interviews as the bad dates and not showing up on the first day of the work.

One in five workers complained that a prospective employer has failed to show up for a phone interview, while 23% have been provided with a verbal offer only to be left hanging.

Data from various researchs shows that the Gen Z has the commitment issue.

If the companies want to get hold of their employee, they need to increse the pay and other employee benifits.
